Corel used to sell CD sets with thousands of stock photos on them. Today, public domain images like the ones at issue in this case are freely available online, and you can also purchase the right to use copyrighted stock photos on a per-download basis.

Bridgeman Art Library still charges for its images of public-domain artworks, but equal or higher resolution images are often available freely elsewhere.
