Titan Sports, Inc. v. Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc.

981 F. Supp. 65 (D. Conn. 1997)
#

In an ironic twist, several years later in 2000, Titan Sports was sued by the World Wildlife Federation for trademark infringement. The pandas came out on top, and the World Wrestling Federation had to change its name to World Wrestling Entertainment.

Shortly before that case was decided, the WWF bought out the WCW. As a result, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash ended up wrestling with the WWE, but both appear to have abandoned the personas at issue in this case.

Kevin Nash has gone on to have a movie career.
