Satava v. Lowry
A chrysaora colorata.
The kind of sculptures at issue in this case are made by first sculpting the inner object (in this case, a jellyfish), and then carefully wrapping it with hot clear glass. You can see a video of the process here.
The jellyfish that Satava and Lowry sculpted, pelagia colorata, has since been renamed chrysaora colorata. They live primarily in Monterey Bay, California.
